Terms & Conditions

Lily’s Florist Burbank offers our customers Terms & Conditions guideline to assist with topics like same day orders, general flower delivery rules, flower delivery times, confirming of orders, order cancellations, our payment options, adding to your order with extras, complaints, and non-delivery issues. We will go through them one by one.
 
Non-deliveries: happen from time to time. In most the main issues are that either accidentally the wrong address was added to the order, it was not safe to leave the flowers (perhaps due to weather, or something simple like there was a giant dog in the front yard), or we tried to deliver the flowers, could not find the house number, and could not get through to the recipient.  These issues rarely happen, however if they do, we will do our best to contact you to organize another delivery time.

Flower Delivery: We charge a service fee of just $12 which we put towards marketing, we allow some of that to put towards gas for the car, running expenses for the car, and general shop expense.

We deliver same day flowers to all addresses and business in Burbank from Monday to Saturday.

We will and don’t ever specify an exact time, or even range, for flowers to be delivered. It’s just impossible due to things that are outside of our control like traffic and weather conditions. We will however, do our best to get the flowers to your loved one/s as soon as we possibly can, on the date that you provided when you ordered.

If for someone reason we are unable to get your flowers delivered we will refund your order within 48 hours of the original delivery date.

You cannot have flowers delivered to a post office box (some people ask!).

Confirm you order: Before you checkout, ensure that you check, then double check all the delivery details for the order. You can do this a third time after your order has been processed via the email our system will send you. If, for some reason or another, you entered the wrong date for delivery, or a wrong cell number, call us as soon as you realize so that we can change the details for you. If you leave it too long and we are out on the delivery already there is nothing more we can do.

Cancelling you order: We don’t mind in the slightest if you need to cancel your order just as long as you give us enough time to do that. Cancellations must be made within 45 minutes of the order being placed, of for a same day delivery, of the day before if forward ordered.

Payments: For your total convenience, you can pay online via PayPal, you can use an American Express card, a VISA card, or a MasterCard. Don’t forget if you are using PayPal that you no longer need an account to pay. Super safe and easy!
